This episode was really interesting . As an HR professional (ex lawyer), moving the energy and focus of my organisation from reactive problem solving to proactive positive culture change is something of an obsession of mine. As I’m just putting in mental health first aid the timing is spot on and I couldn’t agree more with the comment about everybody looking for mental health problems and not understanding how we are making people so sick. Emails, slaves to our phones or desks and no time to cook or eat healthy food – burn out is inevitable unless we carve out time for ourselves. Fascinated to hear the link with vitamin D and anxiety – I would love to pick up more tips from the books so I can keep pushing for positive impact in my personal and professional life in local government.
